The Irish Adventures of Mother and Daughter continued... and concluded!

Sorry it's been so long.. again! Well, picking up where I left off... After Waterford, Mom and I packed into the Micra and headed to Cork on Wednesday, June 30!

Haha! See?! It looks like a clown car!

We stayed in The Imperial Hotel, which is the same hotel Michael Collins stayed in the night before he was assassinated. Pretty cool, right? And not at all creepy... Anyway, we got to Cork around 2 or so, and after unpacking we decided to head to Blarney to kiss the Blarney stone! After figuring out the public transportation system, we popped on a bus and headed to the castle! The castle was breathtaking! And we had to climb 100+ stairs to get to the stone all the way on the top.

On the way to the castle!

The Blarney Castle

Almost there!

Kissing the blarney stone! Now I have the gift of gab.. not that I really needed it!

Mom kissing the stone!

Haha, mom left her lipstick on the stone!
Luckily, we found out that they do sanitize it after each person.

So, after all that excitement, we went to catch the bus back to Cork, and ended up waiting for a freaking hour. Mom and I were NOT happy. But Mom was more happy than me at the time because she bought a TON of souvenirs! But still, the bus took forever! So when we finally got back to Cork, we were starving. We were planning on eating in the hotel, but on the way, we passed a Chinese restaurant called... wait for it... Panda Mama! HA! So we definitely stopped and ate. and I couldn't have asked for more delicious fried food in my life. Even got a banana fritter for dessert. DELICIOUS. After dinner, we went back to the hotel and passed OUT. Long day.

The next morning, Thursday July 1, we woke up pretty early and got a head start for our next destination... Killarney! We arrived around noon, grabbed lunch at a cute little cafe called Mac's, and then checked into our hotel. Then we decided to go drive around the Ring of Kerry, which according to my guidebook, was a must-see. And boy, was it! Such beautiful views.

The Ring of Kerry is essentially just a "highway" around the coast of the Iveragh Peninsula in County Kerry. And by "highway" I mean the narrowest roads full of potholes! We started in Killarney and drove through a number of small towns and even through Killarney National Park.

In Killarney National Park! Beautiful!

This is a tunnel we had to drive through in the National Park. Legit. No joke.
So glad no other cars were coming!

Staigue Fort along the Ring of Kerry (that's me on the wall!)
And actually, it was 2 miles off the highway, and we legit drove down a "two-lane" road in which we had to stop and pull over in the bushes to let people go past. See picture below!

Hands down, the narrowest road I've ever seen/driven on.

Mom at the fort!

Yea, that's their idea of a door. But considering the fort was probably built in the early centuries AD before Christianity came to Ireland, and without any mortar between the stones, I guess they did the best they could! The wall is six meters high and 4 meters thick. Impressive.

After driving 214 km, or 132.97 miles (which may not seem like a lot, but it definitely took us 4 and a half hours, because the fastest we could drive is about 35 mph on those roads) we hauled it back to the hotel, ate dinner at Milano (the same place I ate at in Dublin! mmm!) and then passed out super early. Driving definitely takes a lot out of you!

The next day (Friday, I believe), Mom and I woke up super early (like 6 a.m.) to head to the Cliffs of Moher! I was actually really excited to go again! And they were just as breathtaking as the first time. Unfortunately, I do not have any pictures to show you of Mom's excitement and/or Jedward hair due to the crazy wind. I forgot to upload the rest of Mom's pictures and my camera was slowly dying since I left my camera charger at UCD! :(

But let me tell you, it was the WINDIEST day I've ever experienced. I was amazed we didn't blow over the edge! Seriously, we got windburned! After the cliffs, we headed to our final destination... Galway!

We stayed at the Salthill Hotel right on the Promenade. (The same Salthill where my other hotel was the first time I went with a few girls from the program!) It was extremely windy in Galway, as well. Boo. Well, after checking in and taking a much needed nap, Mom and I met up with Rachel and her mom for dinner at Da Roberta's (that exceptional Italian restaurant we had the first time in Galway!) and Mother/Daughter Pub Crawl Part 2!

After dinner, we hit up Richardson's, The Quays, some random pub with a good singer and accordion player!, The Kings Head, and finally O'Connells Famous Pub for a delicious hot whiskey with lemon and cloves. Seriously, delicious! Then it was definitely time for bed!

The next day, Mom and I slept in until after 10 a.m. And. It. Was. Wonderful! So, we took our time getting ready, and then took a Taxi into city center for some shopping! We each got Claddagh rings (and one for Hayley!). The rings originated in Galway and symbolize friendship, love, and loyalty. If you wear it with the heart facing out, it means you're single. And if you wear it with the heart facing you, it means you're taken!

After some more shopping, we visited the local Museum and saw an exhibit featuring JFK's visit to Galway (and other parts of Ireland) in 1963, three months before his assassination. It was really cool to see video footage and letters from the Irish politicians to Jackie O. giving her his condolences. After the museum and walking under the Spanish Arch, Mom and I WALKED back to our hotel, which is a good 25 minute walk from town. This normally wouldn't be a big deal, but it was still windy as all get out, so it definitely took us over 35 minutes. Of course we had to walk AGAINST the wind. Then, you guessed it, we napped! After a much needed nap, we ate dinner in the hotel, and it was delicious!

Sunday morning, we checked out around 9:30 a.m. and headed back to Dublin! We arrived around 1 p.m. and checked into the Dublin Carlton at the Airport. After taking a little break, we decided to attempt to drive to Jameson for the tour. Luckily, we made it there and back with no flat tires! Yay, Donna! So, we toured Jameson and it was pretty legit. I didn't know that the distillery on Bow Street was no longer in operation, but they turned into a tourist attraction for sure. Jameson currently operates out of a distillery in Midleton, County Cork.

After Jameson, we returned the good ole Micra to Hertz and headed back to the hotel for dinner. We split fish and chips and pizza, and of course, each got a pint of Carlsberg! Delicious.

Monday morning, we headed to the airport at 8 a.m. to catch our 11 a.m. flight to Newark. On our first flight, I watched a total of FOUR movies! And we landed in Newark at 1:20 p.m... It's as if I watched 4 movies in 2 hours! Crazy!

We finally landed in Houston at 6 p.m. As soon as I walked outside, the humidity smacked me in the face. I definitely did NOT miss that. But, Hayley and Dad picked us up and we immediately went to JUANITA'S for some amazing Tex Mex and margaritas! Yesss! Just what I needed.

That sums up my time in Ireland, and I couldn't have asked for a better 5 weeks in my entire life. I was so glad that Mom got to come, too. We put a total of 1223 miles on that Micra, and we both came out alive! Hallelujah!

This concludes my blog! Now back to reality... boo! I start my LSAT prep class on Saturday (eek!) and go back to work on Monday. Man, I wish I were lounging in St. Stephen's Green just watching the swans and not thinking about the fact that I graduate in December... If only!

"This country is magical... leprechauns not required."

Saturday, June 26:
Such a sad/happy day! Everyone woke up super early to pack and then check out of good ole Roebuck Residences. Oddly enough, I will miss that place... even though it didn't have air conditioning and I woke up sweaty more times than I'd ever care to. So, around 10 a.m. Rachel Q and I took a cab to the Ashling Hotel, where my mom booked me a room since she wasn't arriving until Sunday.

Rachel and I stored our luggage there and then headed to the Farmer's Market in Temple Bar. We ran into B. Love, Robin, Cindy, Tracie and her mom, and Alysha, too! It was like the program never ended (...if only)! A little later, I met up with Brian on his lunch break from work and actually ended up going back to the food market for lunch! I think I went a total of 3 times that day... good thing I love it! That night Rachel, Cindy and I went out for a few pints, but called it an early night since I couldn't stop coughing! So, we went back to the hotel and passed out for the night.

Sunday, June 27
The next morning, I was awoken by MY MOM! Such a good feeling. I had really missed her! Rachel had left way early to go meet her mom at their hotel. So, I checked out of my room and Mom and I went to eat lunch at The Brazen Head!

Mom and me @ The Brazen Head! The room was filled with signed American dollar bills.
We even saw some with A&M and Tech logos! Reppin' Texas!

After lunch, a jet-lagged momma and I took naps in our hotel room. Then we woke up a few hours later (gotta rest up!) for the Mother-Daughter PUB CRAWL! And man, I must say I'm proud of Donna Jean for staying out until 2 a.m. while being jet-lagged! I definitely passed out at 6 p.m. the day I got to Dublin! MD Pub Crawl consisted of Me, Mom, Rachel Q and her mom, Pat, Tracie and her mom, Terry, Robin and her mom, Nancy and of course, B. Love and his wife Meiling! Haha!

Daughters on the left, Mommas on the right!
You can definitely tell which daughter belongs to which mother! Haha!

Stop one was Original Temple Bar. It's definitely a touristy place but a definite must see in Temple Bar area! Next stop was Gogarty's, as per B. Love's suggestion. Funny too, because we walk in and it's full of elderly people... I'm talking senior citizens! Really, B. Love? Is this your crowd? HA! Third stop was Porterhouse! We had to let the Moms try some Strawberry beer! Funny too, because Pat and Donna got Orgasms! haha! It's essentially a milkshake with Bailey's, and it's damn good. It just happened to be the special that night! And of course we chose Porterhouse because our friend Andrew Mann was playing a solo night! He even dedicated "Hotel California" to Mom! I will definitely be uploading that video as soon as I get home!

Donna and Andrew are BFFs now. Haha!

Final stop was Citi Bar! Andrew joined us, too. One last Jameson and Diet Coke for me and mom, and some good conversations between mothers and daughters, then it was off to bed... at 2 a.m.! Mom seriously deserves an award for that one! :)

Monday, June 28
On Monday morning, mom and I woke up relatively early and went to Hertz to pick up our rental car. We got a 2007 Ford Focus with crappy air conditioning. We sucked it up and headed to tour Jameson! Funny too, because we made it to the Car Park only to get a flat tire. The guy at Hertz hadn't even warned us an hour ago to watch out for the left side of the car since we're used to driving on that side. And of course, tires were NOT covered under the insurance. Lucky for us, neither of us know how to change a tire. YESSS! But, luckily a nice man who worked in the car park changed our tire for us. Then you bet your bottom dollar we headed right back to Hertz to get a new car. Round two was a 2010 Nissan Micra. And they are NOT lying.. those things are miniscule! We looked like giants in a clown car!

You get the idea! There's literally NO leg room in the backseat. Literally!

After getting the new car (and NOT touring Jameson), we headed to our next destination. Kilkenny! Needless to say, we were not in the best moods (and by we, I mean me). So we checked into our hotel and went to find some medication at a pharmacy, because I was just getting sicker (yes, the same illness from the week before! Ridic). Luckily, I got the strong stuff. So, we ate dinner in the hotel and then I took some medicine and passed out at 7:30. No joke. And I slept for 12 glorious hours. I believe Mom slept that long, too!

Tuesday, June 29
Tuesday morning, Mom and I decided to tour Kilkenny castle. The castle was literally around the corner from our hotel, so it worked out nicely. It was pretty neat to see replicas of all the furniture and decorations in the castle, even a water closet that was added in 1904. It was ridiculously big, but we weren't allowed to take pictures inside, so I'll just leave that to your imagination!

Outside Kilkenny castle

After touring the castle, we packed up and headed to our second stop, Waterford! We stayed at Dooleys right on the Quays (pronounced Keys) on the river. Everything was ship themed. Pretty neat! It was definitely charming, except the fact that there was no A/C and our room faced the street, which Donna was not pleased with! It was definitely loud, but that's why I packed earplugs! :) So, we checked in, I medicated myself and took a short nap, then we had lunch in the hotel.

Then, we visited WATERFORD CRYSTAL! This was probably our favorite thing we saw overall. Seriously, SO exciting and interesting. It just reopened in mid-June after being closed for 18 months due to the economy. We couldn't have timed our visit better! They opened a new factory and everything. The cool thing about the tour was that we could interact with the craftsmen, cutters, and engravers. We even got to hold a vase that was being cut! Those things are HEAVY. So, I learned that only diamonds can cut crystal, and that each piece of Waterford is cut from memory. The cutters have to enter an apprenticeship for 5 years before becoming master cutters. And engravers have to go to art school for 2 years and apprentice for 8 before becoming master engravers... that's ridiculous!

Making a handle to a jug! SO cool! That's the melted crystal.

Cutting the pattern from memory!

Cutting the pattern on the bottom.
Cutters often have to hold the pieces for up to 8 hours to finish!

The world's most expensive broken clock. It's made entirely out of crystal, and they lost the key when moving factories. Ha!

9/11 Memorial piece, dedicated to an Irishman who was part of the rescue efforts of a fire department

That's all I have time for right now, our flight is bright and early tomorrow (I actually finished this post on the 4th!)... and I still have to cram a month's worth of clothes plus all the things I've purchased into one piece of luggage and one carry on, wish me luck! I hope everyone has a fantastic and safe 4th of July! Happy birthday, America!

I'll be sure to update the rest of our trip when I get home, so keep checking back! :)

From Ireland (for the last time) with love,
Hillary

Catch-Up Time! Last Program Week!

Ok, so it's been precisely 2 weeks since I've last updated. My apologies! And in all honesty, I was going to just give up all together until Mom pressured me to update everyone about our week long travels through Southern Ireland. So, I'll catch you up on my last week in the program in this entry, and then get into the stuff where jet-lagged Donna stays out until 2 a.m. in Dublin on the Mother/Daughter pub crawl!

I believe I last left off on Thursday, June 17 when Quinlan and I went to Guinness and then out with Andrew Mann, our favorite Irish musician! The next day, we woke up semi-late for no particular reason... ;) and went to watch the U.S. match at Sinnott's. I don't even remember who they played anymore, but I know they tied that match. (And honestly, who cares anymore after that big upset this past Saturday... I don't wanna talk about it!)

But, before we went to the bar, we went to the Street Performer's World Championship in Merrion Square. It was definitely awesome! It was basically this huge festival of street performers and from Thursday through Sunday, they put on shows and get people to vote for them to win money! We saw this really funny guy juggle knives while balancing on a ladder. Pretty ridic! And then we got our faces painted with the good ole' stars and stripes! Only, Kelsey couldn't because she was going to a play later with her family, so we got her a ridiculous balloon hat! Which she actually wore to and inside the bar! Haha!

Impressive!

Tracie, Rachel D, Kelsey, Me, and Rachel Q with our USA pride!

What better way to watch a USA match in Ireland than with a painted face and an ice cold Coors Light!

On Saturday, I woke up feeling like absolute crap with a sore throat. I had inadvertently slept for 12 hours, woke up for 1, then slept for another 5. I basically slept my Saturday away. I felt faint and weak all day, but then I had some fruit and felt surprisingly better. Then, I realized I hadn't eaten a single piece of fruit in an entire week. Awesome. On Sunday, we all went to a watch a hurling game! It was INTENSE. Hurling is like literally every sport combined... and it went by so fast! It's apparently the fastest field game ever played. We saw Dublin play (actually, more like get dominated by...) Kilkenny. Kilkenny has been National Champs for like the past 2 or 3 years.

We sat in the third row. NBD!
(That means "No Big Deal," Dad.)

The next week consisted entirely of working on our project for the HSE, sleeping and hanging out. We worked on our project every day and sacrificed a few nights to stay in and perfect it! And I must say, I think we nailed it. I really enjoyed working with my group, had a lot of fun, and learned a lot of valuable PR tidbits along the way.

We also squeezed in another tour with Garbhan, our tour guide from the first tour! This tour was mostly about music and old Irish stories. It was really entertaining! If I could remember or pronounce any of the old Irishmen he told us stories about, I'd try my best to phonetically spell them for you, but alas, I cannot!

On Friday, we had our farewell dinner at the Arlington Hotel. We ate dinner and watched some Riverdance performers! It was seriously amazing. I don't know how they do it! Flawlessly in sync! Then that night, we were all going to go out together, but I was still sick, and half of the group had early flights the next day. So a few of us called it a night and headed back to pack.

I hate goodbyes. And I know we'll all be back in Austin come August, but it will be sad not seeing all of these amazing people everyday!

I seriously cannot thank my parents enough for allowing/paying for me to study abroad. I haven't even been home yet, but I already know how special and rare this trip has been for me. When the hell else will I be able to say I worked on a communication plan for the Health Service Executive of Ireland to help them launch their campaign for the HPV vaccine? Yeah, NEVER. This has truly been a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me. I can't imagine experiencing this past month with a better group of girls (and Sly!) or a better professor, either. B. Love's awesome, and I can't wait to take his Campaigns class in the fall!

Here are just a few more pictures from the end of the trip... enjoy!

St. Patrick's Cathedral

Wall of Fame in Temple Bar!
That's U2 on the left!

Oh, Quinlan. Thanks for keeping me in line, love!

One of our last nights out :( Me and Tracie!

That Irish boy, Brian, and me! :)

One more for kicks!

That concludes my Maymester in Dublin. I will NEVER forget this amazing trip and all of the incredible people I met. (SHOUT OUT TO GAVIN CAULFIELD, what up gent?! Haha!) Be on the lookout for my next entry about my adventures in Ireland with Donna Jean... I don't know if y'all can handle it! Mom's navigational skills + driving on the left side of the road = absolutely terrifying.

From Ireland with love (and until next time!),

I'm terrible at this blogging thing!

So picking up where my last entry left off... Tuesday. That night a bunch of the girls went out with a few of the law students we met in our dorm. We went to a club called Dicey's. And it was ridiculously fun.
Me, the Rachels, and David!
David goes to Dayton Law and is from the Bronx! We miss you David!

Me, Rachel Q and our friend Gerard!
Gerard also goes to Dayton Law and is from Hotlanta! We miss you!

Then my Irish friend Brian and a few of his friends met up with us because it was his 21st! Yay!

Me and the birthday boy!

On Wednesday after class, a few of us took the DART to Dalkey with B. Love, his wife and her mother. It's a cute little town on the Southern coast. We did a guided tour of Dalkey castle, which was way more fun than I had expected. There were 3 different tour guides that were dressed in medieval attire and played characters. The first guide was a Queen who had been murdered, and throughout the tour we were supposed to guess which of the other guides had killed her. She showed us around the garden/cemetery of the castle. Then, her "brother" showed us the Murder Room. Then his squire showed us the top of the castle and what/where they ate. It was actually really neat!

The Queen explaining the "T," and a very curious girl on our tour!

B. Love's wife, Meiling, demonstrating the barracks! Ha!

The squire on the roof of the castle.
He was constantly picking his nose and "eating" his boogers and sneezing and licking his hands. I think he got WAY too into character! Ha!

Krysten, Me, Rachel Q, and Ana at the harbor in Dalkey

Rock climbing in my 3 euro shoes! Needless to say, I had to throw those bad boys away after :(
This is also right before a boat full of guys drove by us yelling, "HELP US!" and then made some crude signals. European men have no filters. We found this out early on!

We planned on getting back on the DART around 8:30, and we did. BUT, there was an "incident" at one of the stops, so we had to get off and take the city bus. Which would not have been an issue, if we had gotten on the 7 in the right direction! We were stuck in Dun Laoghaire for a few minutes trying to figure out where we were, and we eventually got on the right bus heading in the right direction. We recognized where we were and tried to get off to catch the 17 which would take us straight to campus. We waited for 45 freaking minutes... and it never came! Luckily, there was a McDonald's near. Ha! It took us 2 hours to get home, when it should've only taken 30 minutes at most. Awesome. But, we definitely have a better feel for the terrible public transportation here.

On Thursday, Rachel Q and I FINALLY went to the Guinness factory! We were the last two in our group who hadn't been. Everyone said they liked Jameson better, but RQ and I had a ton of fun at Guinness! We had the option to either get our free pint in the Sky Bar, which has a 360 degree view of Dublin, or "Pour the perfect pint." We both chose to pour the perfect pint! And I'm glad we did, because the sky bar was ridiculously crowded!

We finally made it!

RQ and I by the water wall inside the factory!

Pouring the perfect pint!

My certificate makes it official.

After Guinness, we came back and napped. Then we went out to see our favorite local musician play at The Purty Kitchen. We saw Andrew Mann play there about 2 weeks ago, and we saw him on Monday at Porterhouse. He's so good! After he and his band finished his set, he took us to a bar/pub called Lillie's Bordello off Grafton. Apparently it's where all the celebrities hang out. He's even seen Bono there a few times! Unfortunately, we didn't see any on Thursday, but it was definitely a swanky place which we will be visiting again to scope for celebrities!

Me and Christy!
Tracie's friend, Christy, also goes to UT and she's here in Dublin doing an internship with Dell. So fun!

That's it for now! I can only handle updating so much at a time! It's hard to remember everything we've done! But, a little teaser for my next entry -- we definitely saw a hurling game!

Goodnight all!
Hillary

"Oh, that's what the sun looks like? I almost forgot!"

Today is a beautiful, sunny day! Quite rare. But let me begin with yesterday.

Monday, June 14
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM! :) And happy flag day America! Yesterday was long. We visited Edelman at 10:30 am. It was NOT interesting. It was just an awkward vibe and a very dull presentation, but there were definitely some interesting parts. After the visit, we had class from 1:30 until 2:30. Then Rachel and I did laundry, yet again. I'm telling y'all, I do laundry more than anything here!

After that, we came home and had dinner and got ready for the night. We headed to our favorite bar/pub called Porterhouse. We ALWAYS start our night out there regardless of our plans for the evening. And it just so happened that a singer we saw at Purty Kitchen the week before was playing with his band that night! We ended up staying for the 2-hour set and sang every word to every song they sang! After the set, he came up to us because he remembered us from his last show! Now, we have plans to see him on Thursday and go out with the whole band afterward! Random, right? Haha! It should definitely be interesting!

Band at Porterhouse! Front row, as always! :)

Please appreciate Kelsey's face. HA!

Today, Tuesday, June 15
Today was all about getting that Vitamin D! I swear, there has been barely any sun this entire week, so today was just what we all needed. After class this morning, I headed out to St. Stephen's Green, a beautiful park in city centre, to meet up with my Irish friend, Brian. We just hung out and talked in the park for most of the afternoon and before I knew it, I was sunburned! You definitely don't think about wearing sunscreen in this country, and man, I wish I had!

After the green, I met up with Rachel Q for some shopping! And then I practically passed out on the bus ride home. Sunburns always drain me. We were all planning on going out tonight, but I'm definitely having to pass, seeing as how I look like a lobster and am ridiculously tired.

Well, I'm off to aloe up and pass out. Goodnight all!

Galway Girl :)

Sorry it's been a week! Blog fail. Honestly, Monday through Thursday of this week were rather uneventful. Except that on Tuesday, we visited Carr Communications and got to hear what they're all about. It was actually really interesting to see how far behind Ireland is compared to the U.S. Their PR tactics and communication models are about 5 years behind ours. Very interesting. Also, we watched a few commercials from one of their clients, Road Safety Authority, which were graphic, to say the least. Here's a link to the least graphic of the two. I couldn't find the more graphic one, which was actually shown during the USA v. England match last night. It was horrific.

Seriously, just be prepared for what you're about to watch!

After our site visit on Tuesday, Rachel and I did laundry for the rest of the day. No joke. It took like 4 hours because we picked the bad dryers. Awesome. Then we went out to Q bar that night and had a blast as always! Wednesday and Thursday were pretty lowkey and I honestly don't think we did much. I remember sleeping for the majority of Wednesday, and maybe watching an episode or two of True Blood somewhere in there! :)

Friday. Now, Friday was a big day! My roommates plus Krysten and I woke up at 5 a.m. so we could catch our 7 a.m. bus to Galway! Needless to say, we slept the majority of the 3 hour ride there. We arrived in Galway around 10 a.m. and immediately boarded our tour bus for the Cliffs of Moher. Oh. My. Lord. I can't even describe how beautiful the cliffs were, so here are some pictures! :)
Breathtaking.

Oops! We did.

...and the view was worth it!

Our group, minus Cindy! The water was so blue. Beautiful!

Warning!

Unfortunately, these were the only pictures I was able to take all weekend because my camera died! BUT, I will be stealing everyone else's pictures soon. The rest of the weekend consisted of much walking and a little shopping here and there. We had planned to go to the Aran Islands today (Sunday) but the weather was NOT ideal. So we just went into town and hung around because we had to check out of the Holiday Hotel at 11 a.m.

Oh man. The Holiday Hotel was adorable. The owners were Australian and SO helpful. It wasn't actually in Galway, but it was in an area called Salthill, which was about a 20-minute walk outside of the city. At one point, we visited St. Nichols church, which is the church where Christopher Columbus and his men went to pray before beginning their voyage to the new world. That was pretty neat!

Saturday night we went out to a pub to watch the USA v. England match! We stumbled into a pub called Richardson's where a bunch of Irish guys were singing a ton of different songs along to a guitar, which they brought. It was hilarious because they tried singing "Sweet Home Alabama" and "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)" and completely messed up the lyrics. The Irish should probably give up trying to sing those correctly! After that we met up with 3 other people from our class who were also in Galway. Definitely fun!

I wish I had more pictures, but I'll try and steal some other ones soon. I'm exhausted and we have another site visit tomorrow morning. We'll be visiting the Edelman group, a huge international PR firm. It should definitely be exciting!

Goodnight,
Hillary
